Deja Vu PD
A downloadable game
The classic point-and-click adventure Déjà Vu returns with updated presentation, audio, and interface refinements, bringing one of the original MacVenture noir mysteries to a new generation.
You awaken in a bathroom with no memory and a gun in your pocket. As the police close in, you must explore the city, gather clues, and unravel your identity before time runs out. Every decision matters as you navigate a dangerous criminal underworld.
Déjà Vu is one of the defining titles of the MacVenture series, later celebrated on the NES and other platforms. Known for its grounded detective story, tense atmosphere, and methodical puzzle design, it challenged players to think carefully, observe closely, and survive long enough to uncover the truth.

SO, SO excited for this! I love that you're building this from the ground up. The work looks fantastic so far!
thanks so much! Excited to show more soon :)
This looks so impressive! Excited to play it :)
Amazing. I played the GBC version growing up. I'm super excited for this and happy you'll be able to reuse Shadowgate PD effort, or at least reutilize the experience!
This game is actually built from the ground up in Lua so uses very little from Shadowgate. We wanted to approach it a bit differently and try and make the player experience a bit smoother so more people get further in the game!
Nice, starting from scratch with knowledge of other games must feel very nice. I'm looking forward to your developments.
I definitely need this one
Amazing, I can't stop crying! So many memories... and soon available on Playdate!!! Congratulations!!
